This error is tied to account-level restrictions — typically appearing when the logged-in Facebook or Instagram account has accumulated content strikes or policy violations. Meta AI access is linked to your Meta account health. Users with strikes on their account have reported being immediately blocked from Meta AI when logged in, while being able to use it when logged out or on a different account. It also appears after hitting daily usage caps.
