Midjourney: Image Generation Failed

A submitted Midjourney job started processing but did not produce an output. This is different from a queue error where the job never started. Generation failures can be caused by content policy violations, invalid parameters, GPU memory errors on Midjourney's side during a specific rendering attempt, or a timeout for very high-complexity jobs. The error is shown in the Discord bot response channel or the Midjourney web interface.
