Midjourney: Request Blocked by Content Policy

Midjourney's content moderation system blocked the image generation request because the prompt violated their community guidelines or terms of service. Midjourney uses both automated keyword filters and a human moderation team. A single flag typically results in the job being silently dropped; repeated violations can result in account warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans. Copy-pasting prompts too quickly in Discord has also been known to trigger rate-limit bans.
