Mistral: Agent Model Deprecated (Error 1500)

Error 1500 appears in Le Chat when a user-created Agent (or a default agent conversation) points to a model that Mistral has since deprecated, renamed, or removed from their production roster. Since Le Chat allows users to build custom agents backed by specific model versions, any model retirement causes every conversation using that agent to fail with this error. The mistral-ocr-2505 model was a widely reported example from mid-2025.
