How to delete your Abacus.AI ChatLLM account

1. Cancel the subscription first: name (top right) > Profile > Cancel Subscription.
2. Download any chats, apps or files you want to keep.
3. Email support@abacus.ai from your account email and ask for the account to be deleted (this is also the only way to remove a saved card).

Before you delete

• Export chats and anything built with DeepAgent before you ask.
• Cancel billing first so no renewal hits while support processes the request.
• If you own a team organization, remove or hand off members first.

What happens after you delete

Support deletes the account, its chats and the saved payment card. There is no self-serve delete button, so keep the confirmation email.

Deleting removes your account; it does not get you a refund for the current billing period. If you are leaving because of the price, there is a cheaper way to keep the same capability.
