How to delete your Copy.ai account
- Cancel the subscription first: workspace name > Subscription > Manage Billing > Cancel Plan.
- Click your name in the workspace/profile menu and scroll to Advanced Settings.
- Click the red Delete Account button and follow the on-screen confirmation.
Before you delete
- Copy out saved projects, brand voices and workflow outputs. Deletion removes them permanently.
- Cancel billing first so the subscription stops.
- If others share the workspace, hand off anything they still need.
What happens after you delete
Deletion permanently removes your saved projects, brand voices, history and workspace data. It cannot be undone.
Deleting removes your account; it does not get you a refund for the current billing period. If you are leaving because of the price, there is a cheaper way to keep the same capability.
