How to Delete Your Genspark Account (Permanently)

Step-by-step: delete your Genspark account the right way - cancel billing first, export what you need, then remove the account permanently.

How to Delete Your Genspark Account (Permanently)

How to delete your Genspark account

  1. Open your profile menu > Settings > Account (or go to genspark.ai/?settings=account) and click Delete User.
  2. If you have a card-paid Plus, Pro or Cloud Computer plan, cancel it in the Resolve subscriptions section first. Then type your email and click Delete my account.
  3. Open the email Genspark sends (the link works once and expires after 24 hours) and click Permanently delete my account.

Deleting the account does not cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Cancel those on your device.

Before you delete

What happens after you delete

Your account, projects and AI Drive files are permanently removed once you confirm the emailed link.

Deleting removes your account; it does not get you a refund for the current billing period. If you are leaving because of the price, there is a cheaper way to keep the same capability.

Leaving because of the price?

If Genspark was costing you a standalone subscription, Krater gives you 500+ AI models in one workspace for a single $20/month Pro plan. Compare plans on our Genspark pricing breakdown or see every model we support.

Deleting the account does not trigger a refund. Cancel the subscription first and check Genspark's refund policy.

Is deleting the same as cancelling?
