How to Cancel Genspark

On the web (genspark.ai)

1. Sign in at genspark.ai and open Settings.
2. Go to Billing and find the Cancellation card.
3. Select Cancel Subscription and confirm.

What happens after you cancel

• Your plan stays active through the end of the billing period.
• Then the account reverts to Free: 100 daily credits until your lifetime free allowance is used.
• You can reactivate before the period ends with no interruption.

Refund policy

Genspark does not refund the current period on cancellation; access simply continues until it ends. If your payment is past due, cancellation takes effect immediately. EU and UK customers keep the 14-day withdrawal right.

The gotchas that trip people up

• App Store and Google Play plans cannot be cancelled on the website. Cancel in your device subscription settings.
• Cloud Computer is a separate subscription. Cancel it on its own if you added it.
• Monthly credits do not roll over. Spend them before the period ends; top-up credits last 3 months.

Why people actually cancel

Three reasons come up over and over in the threads complaining about this:

• Credits burn on flagship models. Plus includes core models free, but the best ones always cost credits.
• Pro is a 10x jump. $249.99 is a big step from $24.99 when you outgrow Plus.
• Overlap with other tools. Slides, docs and research are available in tools people already pay for.

If that is why you are leaving

If the reason is cost or juggling, the answer is not another single-tool subscription, it is consolidation. Krater Pro is $20 a month and covers research, slides, docs and agents with 500+ models in one workspace. Browse the full model list. Teams get 5 seats on Max for $119 flat instead of per-seat billing.

Free keeps 100 daily credits until the lifetime allowance is used up, then the daily refill stops.
