How to delete your Higgsfield account
- Download every generation you want from Assets first.
- Click your avatar > Manage Account > Personal Profile and scroll to Manage Account Deletion.
- Confirm each item on the checklist and select Delete Account.
Deleting the account cancels the subscription automatically and stops all future payments, so there is no need to cancel separately first.
Before you delete
- Save your generations manually from Assets. They cannot be recovered after the recovery window.
- Remaining credits, discounts and trained Characters are lost with the account.
- You have 30 days to change your mind by signing back in.
What happens after you delete
Login access is removed immediately and a 30-day recovery window starts. After 30 days, generations, trained Characters, projects and settings are permanently removed.
Deleting removes your account; it does not get you a refund for the current billing period. If you are leaving because of the price, there is a cheaper way to keep the same capability.
