How to Cancel Higgsfield

On the web (higgsfield.ai)

1. Click your avatar and select Manage Account.
2. Open Subscription and scroll to the Plan Settings section at the bottom.
3. Open Manage Subscription, select Show, then click Cancel Subscription.

What happens after you cancel

• Auto-renewal turns off; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Your account then moves to the free tier. Generations and the account are kept.
• Subscription credits expire at the end of the paid period. Purchased Credit Pack credits stay usable until their own 90-day expiry.

Refund policy

Higgsfield refunds only initial purchases, within 7 days, and only if no credits have been used. Renewals are not refunded, and a service fee of up to 6% can apply. Cancelling does not trigger any refund on its own. EU and UK consumers keep their statutory withdrawal right.

The gotchas that trip people up

• Team and Scale plans use a form. The workspace Owner goes to Manage Account > Organization > Manage Subscription > Cancel Subscription and submits the cancellation request form.
• Credits do not survive. Unused subscription credits are gone when the period ends, so spend them first.
• Using one credit kills the refund. The 7-day refund only applies if nothing was generated.

Why people actually cancel
