Chats in Venice are stored in your browser, not on Venice servers, so clearing site data also matters if the device is shared. To ask Venice to remove stored account info like your email, contact support@venice.ai.

Before you delete

What happens after you delete

The account is deleted and cannot be recovered. Any App Store or Google Play subscription must be cancelled separately.

Deleting removes your account; it does not get you a refund for the current billing period. If you are leaving because of the price, there is a cheaper way to keep the same capability.

Leaving because of the price?

If Venice AI was costing you a standalone subscription, Krater gives you 500+ AI models in one workspace for a single $20/month Pro plan. Compare plans on our Venice AI pricing breakdown or see every model we support.
