Working with AI is not one prompt at a time anymore. How the human-AI collaboration loop actually works in teams, and the setup behind it.

Every step except the draft is human. The AI is a fast middle layer between people who set direction and people who approve.
The fix is structural, not a better prompt. On Krater, an edit invite link lets the reviewer reply inside the same thread instead of forking it, and a shared project holds the chats, files and memory together so the brief exists once. Because one thread can span models, you can also draft with one model and review with another in the same conversation.

What is human-AI collaboration? A working loop where people frame, review and redirect while the model drafts and iterates. The human contribution is judgement and context; the AI's is speed.
Can several people collaborate with the same AI conversation? Only if the chat is shared with edit access. On Krater, an edit invite lets each person post inside the same thread; in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok, share links are read-only.
How do you keep AI context between team members? Put the work in a shared project: files, instructions and memory that every member's chats can see, instead of re-uploading context per conversation.
Is human-AI collaboration better with multiple models? It helps: different models draft, review and reason differently. A multi-model workspace lets you switch the model per step without copying the thread somewhere else.
