How to Cancel Recraft

On the web (recraft.ai)

1. Sign in at recraft.ai and click your profile (top right on the web app, your name at the bottom left in some layouts).
2. Select Manage subscription.
3. Click Cancel plan at the bottom and complete the cancellation flow.

What happens after you cancel

• Your paid plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• After that the account drops to the free plan, where new images are public and owned by Recraft.
• Images you made on a paid plan stay private and remain yours to use commercially.

Refund policy

Recraft refunds are discretionary: you can ask only if your most recent payment was within the last 30 days and you have used no credits since that payment, or fewer than 30 credits in total since the account was created. Cancel first, then email help@recraft.ai. Refunds are impossible once the account is deleted. EU and UK customers keep the 14-day withdrawal right.

The gotchas that trip people up

• Going back to free changes ownership of new work. Anything you generate after the plan lapses is public and owned by Recraft, so do not use it for client work.
• Switching yearly to monthly means cancelling. There is no direct toggle: you cancel the yearly plan, let it run out, then buy monthly.
• Never delete before asking for a refund. Recraft cannot review a refund once the account is gone.
