Premium$125 /seat/mo$100 /seat/mo5x Standard usage

Seats are mix-and-match, so a 6-person team might run 5 Standard + 1 Premium. Every seat includes Claude Code, Cowork, Design and Science, Microsoft 365 connectors, enterprise search, central billing, SSO, and admin controls. Above 150 seats you are on Enterprise.

Team vs buying everyone Pro

This is the question Reddit keeps asking. Pro is $20 per month ($17 annually) for one person. Team Standard is $20-25 per seat. So at five people, five Pro accounts and five Team Standard seats on annual cost the same $100 per month. What Team adds for that money: shared workspace, admin billing, SSO, higher usage than Pro, and connectors. What it removes: everyone being responsible for their own subscription. For most small teams it is a straight upgrade at equal price.

The version that does not pencil: putting Premium seats on people who are not heavy users. One $125 Premium seat buys six Standard seats' worth of headroom elsewhere.

Team vs Enterprise

Team covers 2-150 seats with self-serve billing. Enterprise is sales-led, adds SCIM provisioning, audit logs, domain capture and expanded context windows, and has no public price. If you are under 150 seats and do not need the compliance layer, Team is the whole product.

Can the admin see my chats?

No. Anthropic's Team plan gives admins seat, billing and policy controls, not access to members' conversation content. Your chats stay private to you; the workspace just owns the subscription. (This is one of the most-asked questions about the plan and worth saying plainly.)

The one-model problem

Five Standard seats on Claude Team: $100-125 per month, and everyone works exclusively in Claude. For comparison, Krater Max is $119 flat per month: 5 seats included, a shared pool of 10,000 credits, and access to Claude plus GPT, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek and 400+ other models, with image, video, voice and music generation in the same chat. If your team already argues about which model is better for which task, a per-seat single-lab plan is the expensive way to keep arguing.
