DeepSeek: Server Busy

This is DeepSeek's most well-known error and one of the most-discussed AI errors of 2025. It appears in the chat.deepseek.com web interface and the mobile app when infrastructure is under extreme load. During the January–February 2025 R1 launch — when DeepSeek became the top App Store download globally — this error blocked the majority of requests. DeepSeek has also been reported to use this message to mask per-session daily query caps rather than showing an explicit limit message.
