How to Cancel Microsoft Copilot (Web, iPhone and Android)

Microsoft account (account.microsoft.com)
- Sign in at account.microsoft.com with the Microsoft account that pays.
- Open Services and subscriptions, find Copilot Pro.
- Choose Manage > Cancel subscription and confirm.
iPhone / iPad (App Store)
- Open the iPhone Settings app > your name at the top > Subscriptions > Microsoft Copilot > Cancel Subscription. If you do not see a Cancel button, the subscription is already canceled or it belongs to a different Apple ID.
Android (Google Play)
- Open the Play Store app > your profile icon > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions > Microsoft Copilot > Cancel subscription.
What happens after you cancel
- Copilot Pro runs until the period ends; the free Copilot stays.
- Copilot features inside Word, Excel and other Microsoft 365 apps require a Microsoft 365 plan too - canceling Copilot Pro does not cancel Microsoft 365 (a separate subscription).
