Highlights

Response drafts in seconds

Paste a customer ticket. Get a tone-matched, on-brand reply you can edit and send. Claude Opus 4 for nuance, GPT-5 for clarity.

Multi-language support out of the box

Reply in 50+ languages with native-level fluency. Translate inbound tickets, draft outbound responses, all in chat.

Voice-driven triage

Hands-free queue triage with Voice Mode. Ask Krater to summarise long ticket threads while you scroll.

Macros that don't feel like macros

Build slash commands for your top-20 response patterns. The macro is a starting point — Krater personalises every reply.

Use cases

Long ticket → 3-sentence summary

Drop a 20-email thread. Get a summary, sentiment read, and recommended next step.

Tone-matched response drafts

Upload your support voice doc to Keep. Every draft matches the tone you actually want.

Knowledge base article from a ticket

Turn a one-off resolution into a KB article in your team's template — ready to publish.

Multilingual reply in one chat

Inbound in Japanese, outbound in Japanese — with the same tone as your English replies.

Refund/escalation policy lookup

Drop your policy docs in Keep. Ask Krater "what does our refund policy say about X?" — get the answer with the source line.

Macro library generation

Describe your top 20 ticket types. Krater drafts the macro library, you refine.

Workflow

  1. Load your support brain: Upload your support voice doc, refund policy, SLAs and product KB to Keep. Krater answers in your team's tone.
  2. Triage with summaries: Drop a thread, get a summary + recommended response. Voice Mode for queue review on the go.
  3. Draft and approve: Every reply is a draft — Krater never sends. You stay the final voice with the customer.
  4. Scale with macros and API: Slash commands for repeatable patterns. Use the API to plug Krater into Zendesk, Intercom, Front, or Help Scout.

Frequently asked questions

How is Krater different from Zendesk AI or Intercom Fin?

Zendesk AI and Intercom Fin are embedded in those platforms and bill per-resolution or per-seat on top of the platform license. Krater is a flexible workspace alongside any helpdesk: it drafts, summarises, translates and triages. You stay in control of every reply, and one Krater seat covers your whole AI usage for $20-119/month.

Can Krater connect to my helpdesk?

Yes — via the OpenAI-compatible API at api.krater.ai. Most major helpdesks (Zendesk, Intercom, Front, Help Scout) support plugging in custom AI endpoints. Same models, same credits.

Will Krater send replies automatically?

Not by default — Krater drafts, you approve. For high-volume queues, the API + your helpdesk's automation can auto-send for very-low-risk responses, but we recommend keeping humans in the loop for anything involving refunds, account changes, or escalation.

How does Krater handle customer PII?

Krater does not train on user data and processes data only to serve your queries. For PII-heavy support work, our Enterprise plan adds DPA, EU hosting, and dedicated security review. We recommend redacting account numbers and sensitive data from prompts as standard practice.

How many languages can Krater handle?

The underlying models (Claude Opus 4, GPT-5, Gemini 3 Pro) handle 50+ languages at native or near-native fluency. Krater's own UI ships in 19 languages. For support teams covering global markets, this typically replaces both a translation budget and a multilingual hiring constraint.
