Keep — your AI memory, across every model

Upload files, notes and references once — and every one of Krater's 350+ models can use them as context. Real filesystem, full control, no hidden memory.

Keep

Keep is Krater's memory layer. Upload your brand guide, your codebase, your reading list — and every model uses them as context, every time.

Highlights

One memory, every model

Upload once. GPT-5, Claude, Gemini and 350+ models all pull from the same context. Switch models mid-chat without losing what they know.

Files, folders, structure

Organise like a filesystem. Folders for clients, projects, classes. @mention any file from any chat.

Built for long-term work

Unlike ChatGPT Memory or Claude Projects, Keep is a real file store — not a hidden memory blob. You see what's there, organise it, delete it.

Use cases

A brain per client

One folder per client with their brand, voice, past work. Every project chat is on-brand by default.

A semester of study notes

Upload syllabi, lecture notes, readings. Ask any model about anything in your corpus — they all have access.

A whole codebase as context

Drop your repo into Keep. Claude Opus 4.6 reasons across 1M tokens of your actual code.

A persistent reading library

PDFs, articles and notes from a year of reading — searchable, citeable, never lost.

Workflow

  1. Upload anything: PDFs, docs, images, code, text notes. Folders. Whole zips. Keep accepts what you bring.
  2. Organise as you go: Folders, subfolders, tags. Treat it like Dropbox you can talk to.
  3. @mention in any chat: Type @ and pull in the exact files you want context from. Or let Krater's auto-context surface relevant docs.
  4. Stay in control: Delete files any time. We don't train on your data. You own and control what Krater remembers.

Frequently asked questions

How is Keep different from ChatGPT Memory or Claude Projects?

ChatGPT Memory is a hidden, model-controlled summary of past chats. Claude Projects is a per-project knowledge folder for Claude only. Keep is a real filesystem — folders, files, full transparency — that works across all 350+ models on Krater. Switch from Claude to GPT-5 mid-chat and the context follows.

How much can I store in Keep?

Storage scales with your plan. Most paid users have plenty of room for hundreds of documents, code files and notes. For very large research corpora or codebases, our Enterprise plan offers expanded storage.

Will Krater train on what I put in Keep?

No. Krater does not train on your data — Keep contents stay yours. Files are used only to provide context for your queries. Enterprise plans add DPA, EU hosting and dedicated security review.

Can I share Keep folders with my team?

Yes — share individual files or whole folders with anyone on Krater. Max ($119/month) is built for small teams sharing one knowledge base; Enterprise plans add multi-seat admin controls.
