How to Cancel ClickUp

On the web (clickup.com)

1. Click your Workspace avatar in the upper-left corner and select Settings.
2. In the All settings sidebar, click Billing.
3. Click Downgrade or Change plan, then Cancel plan.

What happens after you cancel

• The Workspace stays on the paid plan until the end of the billing cycle, then moves to Free Forever.
• All data stays in the Workspace and comes back if you upgrade again.
• Free Forever limits apply afterwards, including the 60MB storage cap for the whole Workspace.

Your first paid ClickUp subscription has a 30-day satisfaction guarantee: ask Support within 30 days of that purchase for a full refund, including add-ons bought with it. Later upgrades and other charges are case by case with Support.

The gotchas that trip people up

• Only owners and admins can cancel. Members do not see the billing controls, so ask whoever owns the Workspace.
• Each Workspace is billed separately. If you upgraded two Workspaces, cancel both.
• Add-ons are separate. Add-ons are removed manually, so check the Billing page for anything still active.
