How to Cancel Zapier

On the web (zapier.com)
- Sign in at zapier.com and click your profile icon.
- Go to Settings > Billing (or Plans).
- Choose Cancel plan / Downgrade to Free and confirm.
What happens after you cancel
- Paid features run until the end of the billing period.
- Zaps using premium apps or multi-step logic are turned off after downgrade - they are not deleted, they just stop firing.
- Your Zaps, task history and connected apps stay on the free plan within its limits.
Refund policy
Zapier does not advertise partial refunds and treats a paid period as final once it starts; EU and UK customers keep the 14-day withdrawal right. For a mistaken renewal, contact Zapier support within days, not weeks.
The gotchas that trip people up
- The task meter keeps running until the period ends. Unused tasks do not carry over or refund - cancelling early in the cycle costs you nothing extra.
- Only the workspace owner sees billing. On a Team plan, the Billing page is hidden from member seats.
