How to Cancel monday.com

On the web (monday.com)
- Click your profile picture and choose Administration.
- Select Billing in the left-hand menu.
- In Overview, open the three-dot menu next to your product, choose Cancel product, pick a reason and confirm.
What happens after you cancel
- For eligible new customers, account access is blocked immediately once the cancellation and refund go through, so export first.
- Existing customers who turn off auto-renew keep access until the end of the current term.
- You choose whether monday keeps your account data or deletes it during the closure flow.
Refund policy
Only first-time purchases qualify: you have 30 days from the initial purchase to request a prorated refund in writing. Monthly renewals and yearly plans past 30 days are not refundable. Refunds land in 7 to 10 business days.
