How to delete your Gamma account
- Downgrade the plan first: Settings > Billing > Free.
- Open Settings > Account.
- Use Delete account and confirm.
- Members of a shared workspace must leave the workspace first.
If the delete option is not visible, Gamma support processes the request from the account email.
Before you delete
- Export decks to PDF or PPTX - they are removed with the account and shared links stop working.
- Save any published custom-domain sites elsewhere.
- Cancelling billing and deleting the account are separate steps; billing must be off first.
What happens after you delete
Deletion removes your account, decks, sites and credit history. Exported files on your machine are untouched.
Deleting removes your account; it does not get you a refund for the current billing period. If you are leaving because of the price, there is a cheaper way to keep the same capability.
