How to delete your Murf AI account
- Cancel the subscription first: profile > Billing/Subscription > Cancel.
- Open Account settings.
- Use Delete account and confirm.
- If the option is not visible, Murf support processes the deletion from the account email.

- Download every audio file you want to keep - workspace audio is removed with the account.
- Custom cloned voices are deleted and cannot be recovered.
- Cancelling billing and deleting the account are separate steps; billing must be off first.
What happens after you delete
Deletion removes your account, voice projects and generated audio. Downloaded files on your machine are untouched and keep their license.
