How to delete your VEED account
- Turn off auto-renewal first: dashboard > Team Billing.
- Open your account/profile settings.
- Use Delete account and confirm.
- Members of someone else's workspace must leave or be removed by the admin first.
If the delete option is not visible, VEED support processes the request from the account email.
Before you delete
- Download every video you want to keep - workspace projects are removed with the account.
- Unlink connected social accounts and brand assets you might reuse.
- Cancelling billing and deleting the account are separate steps; billing must be off first.
What happens after you delete
Deletion removes your account, projects and uploaded media. Downloaded exports on your machine are untouched.
Deleting removes your account; it does not get you a refund for the current billing period. If you are leaving because of the price, there is a cheaper way to keep the same capability.
