Check text for plagiarism

The /plagiarism command scans pasted text against online sources and reports how much of it matches existing content on the web.

How to use

Type /plagiarism followed by the text you want to check:

/plagiarism [paste the text you want to check]

Paste the text directly into the message — /plagiarism does not take file uploads. The input must be between 100 and 120,000 characters per scan. The composer shows a live character count while you type so you can see when you have enough text.

You can also just ask the agent to check a passage for plagiarism — it runs the same check as a tool call.

What you get back

The result card shows:

Cost

Plagiarism checks cost 6 credits per 1,000 characters of input, billed per 1,000-character block. The minimum charge is 6 credits.

Text length Cost
Up to 1,000 chars 6 credits
~5,000 chars 30 credits
~20,000 chars 120 credits
120,000 chars (max) 720 credits

If a scan fails, the credits are refunded automatically.

/plagiarism requires a paid plan (Pro, Ultra, or Max) or a team seat. Scans run against English-language sources.
