- Go to Billing.
- Choose Manage subscription, then Cancel plan.
What happens after you cancel
- Paid features run until the end of the paid period.
- Projects and transcripts stay; exports after downgrade are watermarked again.
- Unused transcription hours do not carry over or refund.
