- Sign in at app.intercom.com with the billing admin account.
- Go to Settings > Workspace settings > Subscription.
- Choose Manage plan, then Cancel subscription.
What happens after you cancel
- Paid features run until the end of the billing period.
- Your inbox history, contacts and help center content stay in the workspace on downgrade, within the free limits.
- Fin AI resolutions are billed separately - cancelling the plan stops Fin too, so check the resolution meter before the period ends.
